Donny Osmond. I was about 14 when the Osmonds came to England and my parents went down to Manchester to line up for concert tickets. They weren't successful, unfortunately, as someone spread a rumor that tickets were going on sale early and the crowd went wild. Definitely not an example of the usual stoic British queuing!
