Beachside Cottage, Staithes
I have no idea where I found this cottage but I have a feeling a fellow blogger had a holiday here and wrote about it on their blog. If it was you, please let me know and I'll link to your post.

Staithes' claim to fame is that it was once the home of Captain James Cook where he worked as an assistant to the merchant William Sanderson for 18 months from 1745. The charming seaside town was formerly a bustling fishing center and is now a tourist destination. You can read more about Staithes here.

Beachside Cottage sleeps 6 and has some wonderful original features, as well as many modern conveniences we wouldn't want to be without!
